Just a couple of bugs

You know I'm the computer bug expert right?

So here's just two things that bothered me, should be easy to fix:

• How come the signature is never inserted although I set it already? Do I need to enable something elsewhere for it to appear?
  
• The current time of the forum is wrong. It's set 12 hours late. Unless if we're now in the US and this is an alternate dimension...
